By downloading or using Pixora: AI Photo & Video Maker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Menly grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or content of the App, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.

2. Your Photos and Generated Content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate the AI images or videos you request and deliver them to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use the content you generate for personal purposes.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and the content you create. You agree not to upload photos you do not have the right to use, or photos of other people without their consent, and not to use the App to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, involves minors, harasses, defames, or impersonates anyone, is intended to deceive (for example, misleading "deepfakes"), or infringes the rights of any third party.

AI-generated results are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to content generated for other users. We do not guarantee any particular result.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional subscriptions that unlock premium features, such as additional generations and AI video creation, and remove ads. Payments are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your store account settings. Except where required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable.

4. Advertising

The App is supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites they link to.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App or its AI features will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menly is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or any content generated with it.

6. Changes

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
